We focus on custom gears made to supplied drawings. Where an order needs specialist processing such as grinding, we coordinate that operation with a processing partner.

Do you keep gears in stock?
No. Custom gears are manufactured for individual orders. The product catalogue shows gear types and examples, rather than ready-to-ship inventory.
What do you need for a quotation?
A controlled drawing or sufficiently detailed specification, the quantity, material grade, and required treatments. Please include the drawing revision and any inspection requirements.
Can I order a small quantity?
Small orders and production quantities can be reviewed. The practical order quantity and unit cost depend on the part and the required operations.
Can I choose a gear from the pictures?
Use the illustrations to identify a gear type. They are not dimensioned product specifications. Supply your drawing or explain the requirement so the exact part can be defined.
How are lead times and shipping agreed?
We confirm the lead time after reviewing the drawing and processing requirements. International freight is quoted separately and paid by the customer.
